Bath Day Horror!

I've decided that it's far to tiring to type out to my adoring fans. I made a video instead! It's below all my glamour shots. Stella preparing for vacation

Everything melted! It is the tropics today! Like a rain forest! My new song is the bestest!

How to make Stella's food How to glucose test Stella. This only needs to be done occasionally. If she starts drinking more water than usual. Or if she accidentally eats something extra.  How to give Stella her insulin injection. She needs this twice a day, right after her meals. Of course she decided she was too exhausted to stand for the entire video... She moved out of the camera angle because she sat down! Ignore the kitchen floor... We made the poor decision to put down cat litter on the back patio to help give traction on the ice. It's a melting mess!  Don't let injections scare you away from this special little gal. She's so perfect!

My blood work came back super awesome! So my thyroid medicine is perfect.  I need to stay busy while I am waiting in my foster home, so I took up singing!

Back to the vet again today! We needed to check my T4, to make sure my new thyroid med dosage is perfect.  This trip, I was much less nervous. This is old stuff now! The vet also agreed with adding in some Slippery Elm Powder to my nummies to try and help my sensitive belly stay stable. I've been eating it for a week and it's also delicious, so BONUS! I also gained 8lbs in the last month! Such good nummies!  Foster mom was too lazy to set up my crate in the van. I had to mingle with all the other crap in the back of the hound mobile. How insulting! She's lucky I am a lady who rolls with the unexpected. I even waited and did not try to rush out of the van as soon as the door opened. #winformanners

Real feel outside right now is -4 Degrees Fahrenheit! It was even colder this morning. It was cold enough that I was doing the ouchy foot dancing before I was finished pottying.  Forget the joy of the snow. Can my forever home be in the Bahamas?

I'm just sitting here waiting for my forever home...Maybe they will take me for walkies in the snow?

We are having another snow storm! No one wants to come outside with me. They are wusses. This is perfect walkie weather. Let's go!

I turn 11 today!  How in the world did I end up here? Do you see what I am wearing? Please someone adopt me to save me from this disgraceful treatment. This kennel pretty much stays open all day long. I just like having my very own bed in here! It's comfy and safe.

You want me to get up and go potty? In this weather? I'm pretty comfy here... Maybe if I stay here all comfy, my forever home might find me? Yup, that seems like sound logic. Check back later on that pottying thing.
